The MOTOPOWER Intelligent Charger/Maintainer is ideal for charging/maintaining 6 volt and 12 volt lead acid batteries, including: Conventional Acid Batteries (Wet), Factory Activated Maintenance-Free Batteries (FA), Absorbed Glass Mat Maintenance-Free Batteries (AGM) and Gel Batteries (Gel Electrolyte).
Fully automatic – Voltage Auto Detection for 6V or 12V batteries, Dead battery detection and warning, Plug and go for charging and maintaining. The microprocessor controlled program will monitor the whole charging progress and automatically stop when the battery is fully charged. Then it will monitor the battery voltage and maintain the battery with a float charging current.
Five charging stages – Diagnosis, Bulk Charge, Absorption, Maintenance and Recovery.Two charging rates (2Amp or 4Amp) can be selected to charge 12V batteries in different capacities. 2 amp charge rate for 6v battery.
Advanced micro technology ensure the safety against overcharge, short circuit and reverse palarity. Spark free technology.
Easy to read LED lights indicate power on, 6v or 12v mode, 2 amp or 4 amp charge rate, and battery charge status.

1. If the 6V or 12V battery indicator flashes when connecting with the battery – it means the battery cannot hold the charge.Try to repair the battery with the repair mode if the battery is not dead. Or having the battery checked by a professional.
2. Power On LED doesn’t turn on – Check to make sure AC outlet is supplying power by plugging in a lamp, an appliance, or a voltage meter.
3. 6V/12V battery indicator LED doesn’t turn on – There’s connection problem between the charger and the battery. Check the connections and try both the alligator clamp cable and the ring terminal cable.
4. Cannot switch to 4A mode for 6 volts batteries – The 4A mode is only for 12 volts batteries. For 6 volts batteries, there’s only 2A mode.
